About: We’re FranklinDAO, a leading student-run blockchain organization with undergraduate and graduate students from The University of Pennsylvania.
We have committees covering governance, research, education, investments, and development/web3. Our governance team supports members actively leading initiatives for the protocols we are delegates for. Current Franklin DAO delegations include Aave, Compound, Uniswap, Optimism, Arbitrum, etc. We always debate decisions before voting. Each week, governance leads share updates with the club about new proposals.
Experience: We have been active in governance as a DAO for over 2 years. Our members have applicable industry experience enabling them to contribute knowledgeably to governance discussions.

Transparency: We are committed to ensuring transparency of the protocol, and transparency about our decision-making process. We act independently without external influence from third parties. Sustainability: We are committed to ensuring the long-term sustainability and health of the DAOs we participate in and aim to help them steward their native protocols in perpetuity.

Policy for Handling Conflicts of Interest When They Arise: We assign protocol leads to spearhead discussions for each DAO we are delegates for. Ensuring they maintain an unbiased and neutral stance that helps drive our philosophy.
