StableLab is the leading provider of governance solutions for decentralized protocols. We contribute to over 25 protocols and ecosystems with exceptional participation metrics. Partners include Arbitrum, Optimism, Aave, Uniswap, 1inch, Balancer, Lido, and MakerDAO.

We participate in the entire governance process, from initial discussions, proposal creation, and feedback rounds to on- or off-chain polls. Apart from ensuring well-informed decisions, we author proposals where possible.

Our Experience

We were among the foremost delegates responsible for the recent Arbitrum Short-Term Incentives Program (STIP). We’re a leading contributor and delegate in AAVE and Uniswap, deeply integrated into Optimism and MakerDAO governance, and the top delegates across different protocols.

StableLab was founded by Doo Wan Nam and Gustav Arentoft in 2021 as StableNode. The team comprises 19 members across governance, node operations, and product development domains. We pride ourselves on being a diverse and results-driven enterprise with global operations.

Proposal: WIP-1: Ratification of Code of Conduct for Wormhole Governance

Vote: For

Rationale: Establishing a clear Code of Conduct is a foundational step for any governance ecosystem. The guidelines outlined here strike a strong balance between promoting open discussion and maintaining a respectful, focused environment.

We also welcome the clear moderation standards, which are vital to ensuring consistent enforcement and accountability.

Rationale: The introduction of a clear and structured governance proposal process is a fundamental step in building a credible, scalable, and transparent governance system. We support the phased approach outlined here.

Rationale: The introduction of a Grants Program governed by Wormhole delegates is a strong step toward operationalizing community-driven ecosystem growth.

We support the modest budget and clearly defined scope of this initial iteration, which allows the DAO to build confidence in its ability to manage funding transparently and effectively.
